Start Working Now to Get Ready for Swimsuit Season

The summer swimsuit season is just around the corner and you’ve already started planning trips to the beach, pool parties and other fun events. Getting ready to enjoy all those activities may call for a trip to your favorite retailer to purchase a new swimsuit.
However, once you’re in the fitting room looking at how it looks on you, the thought comes up: “I should have worked out more!”
Mad dash to the gym to tighten up those areas to make your body look its best in your new swimsuit, or the one you’re planning to buy when you get everything toned.
It’s not too late to start preparing for swimsuit season now. You can start today! If you are diligent about doing a few recommended exercises it will pay off in a few short weeks when you model that new swimsuit.
The list includes doing crunches, lunges and push-ups several times per week to tone those core areas.
Don’t forget to check out the fitness classes offered at our fitness center. You may find a class that really works well for you and reach your goal faster.
A few other helpful tips include walking more, such as in the morning or evening. Also, try parking further away from the door you enter at work or even the grocery store. And we all know this one…make smart food choices and eat food that’s healthier for you.
