Valentines Day at Golden Ocala
At Golden Ocala, we believe that everyone could use a little more music, gourmet food and fine wine in their lives. That’s why we’re celebrating Valentine’s Day with classical music, a four-course meal and two beautifully decorated venues!
Menu and Music
Chef Rick Alabaugh’s special menu will go hand-in-hand with a classical piano performance by Dr. Michael Deall — Professor of Music at University of Florida. That menu includes:
- A first course that awakens the palate — Maine lobster bisque or baked goat cheese crostini
- A second course that keeps the party going — Boston bibb and baby romaine with blood orange raspberry vinaigrette as well as heirloom tomatoes, a soft, boiled egg, avocados, strawberries, raspberries, praline pecans and fried fennel
- A third course that is sure to impress and delight — Prime beef tenderloin with shallot, garlic mushroom and cabernet demi-glace, jumbo-lump-crabmeat-stuffed African lobster tail, lemon beurre blanc, jumbo asparagus and loaded Havarti mashed potatoes
- Dessert that puts the grand in grand finale — Dark chocolate fondant bar with Nutella, raspberry sauce, fresh berries, vanilla ice cream and triple-dipped, chocolate-covered strawberries
Vivacious Venues
Golden Ocala is setting the mood even more with seating in two venues. There’s the Grand Ballroom — a fairytale-inspired atmosphere for any momentous occasion. And let’s not forget Raspberry’s — our signature restaurant with seating in the stately dining room or on the airy patio — which will open its doors that lead to the ballroom, allowing all members to hear the pretty music and enjoy an ideal setting.
Seating on Sunday, February 14th is from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. For pricing and reservations (required), call (352) 629-6229.
