Spring Workouts Can Lead to Summer Swimsuits

The start of the spring is a great time to start a workout program with the goal of getting rid of a few extra pounds and tone up before the summer swimsuit season. Sure you can do it!
Got a Minute
It only takes working out for 30 minutes, three times a week along with watching what you eat to reach your fitness goals. Establish a routine and stick to it. Remember, the key is to be consistent and motivated.
Get to Work
Your work out should include cardio to speed up your metabolism and burn unwanted fat. Also incorporate light weightlifting with high repetitions to tone and strengthen your muscles. Don’t forget to stretch every day to prevent injury and increase your blood flow. A little sweat and hard work will go a long way to reach that swimsuit body you’re looking for!
