What is a “Bath Bomb?”

If you aren’t familiar with a “bath bomb”, it іѕ а mix of Epsom salts, citric acid, corn flour, аnԁ aromatherapy oils. When added to warm water, a bath bomb promotes relaxation and helps tо detoxify tһе body by helping it release harmful toxins, soothe muscle tension, and relieve stress. The essential oils in bath bombs yield different results, depending on the type of oil and aroma. Oils like Eucalyptus soothe аnԁ invigorate tһе body, while а combination оf lavender аnԁ chamomile oils promote relaxation.

Why Should I Use Bath Salts?

Many people don’t realize that when you take a shower or a bath, your skin absorbs water. Therefore, if you add salts to your bath water, your body will also absorb the minerals from the salt. Salts have therapeutic minerals that soothe muscle soreness and heal surface skin problems. In addition, bath salts improve water quality and make it gentler on your skin.

People have been enjoying warm bubble baths for thousands of years. The Ancient Romans even made warm baths part of their daily routine. Baths aren’t just fun, they also help cleanse your skin, open up your pores, and relax your muscles. It’s nice to enjoy a luxurious soak every once in awhile!
