Marissa Millis is Royal Shell’s Director of First Impressions — the face of the firm’s public relations and marketing sectors and the first person to interact with customers and investors.

With a background in competitive horseracing and a family real estate business in the heart of Horse Country, Marissa considers Ocala one of the state’s most livable cities and most beautiful places on earth. She often capitalizes on its scenic horse farms, lakes, wetlands and trails — especially in comparison to other counties throughout the U.S.

Marissa has served the Ocala real estate market since 2007, first as a retail sales associate at the Paddock Park Mall and then as a registered real estate assistant for Karen M Millis Realty. She is well-versed in listings and specializes in sales presentations — ideal for anyone looking to rent or buy within and beyond the gates of our first-class community.

Our Director of Tennis for 14 years and counting, “T” Chetty, is proving that he can wear many hats and master many industries equally.

Ashley DiBartolomeo, Realtor®

Like Marissa, Ashley DiBartolomeo is a competitive horse jumper and multigenerational Realtor®®. She has competed internationally, even meeting her husband — an Italian Grand Prix rider — in Italy. Ashley ultimately decided to call Ocala home and currently helps clients buy and sell all types of properties, including equestrian estates, working farms, and Golden Ocala residences of any size and layout.

She obtained her real estate license in 2005 and began a career at ReMax Premier Realty in Horse Country. Ashley then made the move to Equus Realty to help fellow equestrians buy and sell farms, as well as become well-versed in farm properties.

But it’s personal real estate investment activity that has provided her with the knowledge needed to buy and sell homes within the gates of Golden Ocala. Ashley attributes these experiences to her pride in being readily available to consumers and the relationships that stem from that work ethic.

Cheyenne Gregory, Administrative Assistant

As an administrative assistant for sales and rentals, Cheyenne Gregory coordinates advertising among Royal Shell offices and appointments with vendors, tenants and more. She also updates and manages listings and agent information across real estate platforms.

Cheyenne was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale before relocating to Dunnellon — where many Royal Shell properties are located. She graduated from Full Sail University and took an office assistant position with MPR Holding, LTD. There, Cheyenne managed e-communications, prepared expense reports, assisted with financial reporting and accounting books, reviewed contract agreements and coded data for financial data processing — everything needed to help streamline your processes as a Royal Shell client.
