It’s never been a secret to me that Golden Ocala is the best place to live in Marion County, Florida. Our community is made up of seven neighborhoods, each with a unique, but luxurious personality. Not to mention – our Golf & Equestrian Club offers some of the best amenities in the state! Whether you enjoy horses, golf, tennis, fine dining, or all of the above, there is something here for everyone. That’s why we’ve had such a huge success with our real estate.

Two Brand New Builds Under Construction

One couple who I’ve recently worked with has just moved from their local farm and are now building the Hawthorne model in Clubside Village across from the Spa & Tennis Center. Also, one of our current residents at Golden Ocala is building a large estate home in Lakeside Estates (wait till you see how gorgeous it is)! Both of these new homes are being built by Chris Luetgert of Luetgert Development Corporation and I am extremely excited to see their completion.

Sales of existing homes have been very strong lately. In fact, 2013 has seen the strongest real estate sales since 2006. I have eight happy sellers and buyers this year to date in Clubside Village, Grotto Park, and Masters Village. More on that next time!
