Chef Rick

The Roberts Family and Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club are proud to announce that Executive Chef Rick Alabaugh has returned to the Golden Ocala team. Chef Rick served as the Club’s Executive Chef from 2002 through 2007. He left the Club to pursue other interests and opportunities.

When he heard that we were searching for a new Executive Chef, Rick asked to be considered for the position. He impressed us during several interviews and his tasting, and we asked him to rejoin the team! He understands the Club’s culture and business functions, and he looks forward to seeing many of the long-time members as well as meeting those who have joined since 2007.

Welcome Back Reception

On December 4th, we will be hosting “Light Up the Night” for our members. This event features a “welcome back” reception for Chef Rick, the lighting of the Clubhouse Christmas tree, complimentary sparkling wines, and some of Chef Rick’s best small bites to tease your palates… and let’s not forget the holiday carols! Members, please join us at 6:00pm on December 4th, 2013 in the Clubhouse lobby.
