This Saturday, January 18th is our Posh Pups Pet Brunch from 10:00am-1:00pm at the pool and Spa area of Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club. This is a great event for our members to mingle with other pet owners and their pets. Complimentary Mimosas and Bloody Marys will be served to guests between 10:00am and 10:30am (these come with the purchase of the brunch, which is $25).

The Stars of the Show

In attendance at the event will be special guests from the Humane Society of Marion County and Duncan Molloy. Duncan Molloy is an incredibly sweet gray and white poodle who was left at the Humane Society parking lot in terrible condition (he was malnourished, flea infested, and had a broken left leg). Dr. Erin Hughes, the society’s veterinary surgeon, along with another veterinary technician and the Humane Society staff, performed on-site surgery on Duncan, who now has a “new lease on life”. We invite everyone to bring your pet-friendly dog and enjoy brunch with other members who share the same passion and concern for all animals. Donations will be accepted at our Posh Pups Pet Brunch in Duncan’s honor.

Members, you must RSVP and also let us know if you are bringing a pet. Please call Barbara Whatley at 352-402-4350 no later than 1/15/14. The cost of brunch is $25.
