Employees of the Year/Quarter

No Quality Job Goes Unnoticed

No quality job goes unnoticed … at least not at Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club. As we close out a fruitful first quarter, we found a noteworthy way to help our employees gain unfiltered recognition for their custom contributions to maintaining high-rated, member-supported facilities. For the very first time, managers at Golden Ocala nominated and voted on one staff member from each department who, within the last quarter, stood out above all others as having the work ethic necessary to grow and thrive within his or her position. The results were nine employees of the quarter, as well as two employees of the year — some of our most valuable resources.

The Results Are In

First, we sing unending hymns of praise to our employees of the year — Roger Garrett and Everton Turner. Whether you’ve noticed them or not, Roger keeps Golden Ocala secure, as well as assists upper management in doing so, while Everton keeps the tennis courts in tip-top shape. So, while you are having fun and feeling safe within your neighborhoods at the very same time, remember those who make it possible to live, work and play as you please on any given day.

We’ll have additional handfuls of supreme efforts to pay tribute to come August. At least until then, remember these faces, express your support, and if they can help you capitalize even more on your experiences at Golden Ocala, please call (352) 629-6229.
