Junior Tennis Academy at Golden Ocala

After a very successful summer program, we are introducing our TenFit to the training schedule to help our juniors bridge the gap between off court and on court work. This will help our juniors learn the art of on court movement with the blend of boxing footwork and plyometrics. Statistics show cross training is a major component to enhancing your tennis game on so many levels. We are going to leverage an Olympic boxer, Roberto Benitez, to assist in the Junior Tennis Academy this fall.
