Junior Team Tennis Tournament Next Month

Do your kids love tennis? If so, they will absolutely want to be part of a fun team tennis tournament next month. Every year, Golden Ocala Junior Tennis prepares and participates in this tournament that not only showcases our junior talent, but allows kids of all levels to play and have fun. Kids will love playing on a team with their friends and competing against good competition from around the state.
The Junior Team Tennis Tournament will be held on March 15th and 16th at Jonesville Tennis Center in Gainesville, Florida. The tournament involves singles, doubles and mixed doubles for kids 10-18-years-old.
Encouraging Young Players at the Local Level
This fun-filled weekend of junior tennis is a great way to continue celebrating World Tennis Day, an annual day set to promote tennis participation around the world. The International Tennis Federation and StarGames brought this idea to fruition last year to encourage young players to participate in the sport at the local level. This year’s World Tennis Day is on March 3, 2014.
