Fall in Love with Golden Ocala Tennis

Written by Thiroshan Chetty, our Director of Tennis.

The fall season for Golden Ocala tennis is just getting under way and there is a lot going on at the courts. No matter what age or skill level, Golden Ocala has the perfect tennis program for you! See what is happening this season on the courts and fall in love with Golden Ocala tennis!

Ladies’ League

The teams in the ladies’ day league, the Mustangs and Fillies, have been training hard all summer and are looking forward to a fun season. We have recently formed a new team for our 55 and over ladies which will include levels from 2.5 to 3.5 and should be lots of fun. Some of the best women in the county have started training with us in our high intensity ladies’ clinics. Several of those ladies played tennis at the collegiate level. Be sure to stop by our ladies’ day league for some fun and competitive tennis!

What’s Happening on the Courts

We have had a great turn out, for all levels, at our tennis socials. We are starting up a new series on Thursdays called, What’s your FanTENNISY? Each week players will be given a different theme to compete at. FanTENNISY has it all! It is the perfect combination of food, fun and competitive tennis!

If you are looking to pick up some tennis matches on the weekends, start  your Sunday mornings off right with Mixed Troubles. Bring your spouse, partner, friend or come alone and we will find someone for you!
