To Brine or Not to Brine, It’s Not a Question

In the kitchen at Golden Ocala, we believe that taking the time to brine is important. And, it really does take time… days sometimes. For example, our wings brine for 36 hours, corned beef for 11 days, some pork for 24 hours, and some other meats for even longer!

The Roberts Family and Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club are proud to announce that Executive Chef Rick Alabaugh has returned to the Golden Ocala team. Chef Rick served as the Club’s Executive Chef from 2002 through 2007.

Home Sales at 7 Year Highs!

According to a forecast presentation at a residential forum during the 2013 Realtors® Conference & Expo in San Francisco, existing home sales are expected to retain the healthy gains already seen this year, while prices are expected to stay on an uptrend in 2014.
