Progress Update on Eagles Landing – Week of 8/4/2014

For those of you who live in Golden Ocala’s private gated community or are members of our club, you’ve watched as our newest neighborhood consisting of villas and townhomes has progressed. From undeveloped land to the beautiful homes they are becoming, Eagles Landing is Ocala’s best option for maintenance-free, luxury living in a single-family villa or townhome.

With Eagles Landing expected to be completed by December, we are excited to show you the latest progress of this neighborhood. In addition, our real estate office is currently accepting reservations for these homes.

Progress of the Villas

The homes on Lots 13, 14, and 15 will be completed within the next 3 weeks. They have cabinets and power, and the tile flooring is complete in each. The remaining items for these homes are the final paint, granite install, final plumbing install, closet shelving, and carpet.

The major milestone for the villas this week is that we are breaking ground on four more homes.

Progress of the Townhomes

Building A

Stucco is complete on the exterior of Building A. The painter began on Monday morning and ceramic tile has been started in the units. Electrical service has been installed in all units and interior trim installation has begun. In addition, the fire sprinkler system is complete in this building.

Building B

The tile roof on Building B is complete, as well as the exterior stucco. Interior windows and exterior doors have been installed. The painter will begin his work soon. Electrical service has been installed in all units and the drywall is hung and finished. Also, the fire sprinkler system in this building is complete.

Building C & Building D

The trusses have been set for both Building C and Building D. Currently, the team is installing decking on the roof of each building and framing on the interior walls. The electrical, plumbing, and AC have also been started in these two buildings.
