Our newest real estate offering, Eagles Landing, features customizable luxury villas and townhomes in a beautiful, natural setting.

We are excited to share the latest progress updates on these brand new custom-built homes. Our real estate office is currently accepting reservations for these homes and they are selling quickly!

Villas

The homes on Lots 13-15 are complete and looking great! Each has been designed with a unique theme – Lodge (Lot 13), Ralph Lauren (Lot 14), and Glamour (Lot 15).

Lots 1-12 are all underway, roughly 3 days apart in their progress towards completion. The home on Lot 12 is the furthest along. The framing for this house has been completed and the MEPs started this week.

Townhomes

Building A

All of the wall and floor tiles are installed in Building A. The A/C is working and the power is on.

The cabinet installation is currently in progress. In addition, the final painting started this week.

Also this week, the team is installing all of the stair handrails, as well as the exterior pre-cast rails.

Building B

Both the drywall and the crown molding in Building B is complete. The trim carpentry is in progress.

Building C

The drywall is in place and the units are ready for a primary base coat of paint. The next step is to complete the crown moldings, baseboards, etc. The exterior stucco for this building is 80% complete.

Building D

The drywall installation for this building is underway. In addition, 80% of the exterior stucco is complete.

Building E

The framing for Building E is underway and the team is gearing up to install the drywall and insulation.

Building F

Building F is now insulated and has passed its MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing) inspection. The next step for the team is to start on the exterior stucco.
