The Golden Ocala Sales Center now includes an Area Information Center thanks to Deni Buetow, Director of First Impressions at the Royal Shell Real Estate Sales Center. She’s considered the “go-to-gal” for local information and she spearheaded the center which is stocked with details about activities and events throughout the local region.

In her position, Deni greets visitors and members alike at the Sales Center and she answers questions about Golden Ocala and the overall Marion County area. Deni has been with Golden Ocala since the beginning nearly 13 years ago. She’s held multiple positions in our community and she brings a wealth of knowledge to her current role.

Deni is very active in the community including the Ocala/Marion County Chamber & Economic Partnership along with a number of other local organizations. She keeps her fingers on the pulse of what’s happening in Marion County.

So it was only natural for Deni to be of service and find a way to share the wealth of knowledge she gathers. The new information center features area businesses and a variety of community events to explore.

Deni is also a licensed REALTOR® and a board member of the Ocala/Marion County Association of Realtors®. Her extensive knowledge of horses and farms makes her a natural for listing and selling real estate here at Golden Ocala and other sectors of the community.
