New Hires at Golden Ocala

Two Skill Sets — One Goal

Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club is pleased to introduce you to new staff members. Both with a unique skill set, they are working toward a common goal — to make our community the ultimate luxury destination for living, working and playing. Nick Sudol is sure to have you serving a tennis ball like Roger Federer (well, maybe not that good), while Belkis Mirabal is fully prepared to point homeowner prospects toward dream real estate. But rather than read about why we think they are two of the best in their respective industries, Golden Ocala will just let their credentials speak for themselves.

Here’s Nick Nick Sudol

Nick joins us from Mint Hill, North Carolina — nearly 500 miles from Horse Country. A USPTA Tennis Professional, he began playing tennis at age five at Weddington Swim & Racquet Club. A few years later, Nick was playing junior team tennis and participating in USTA-sanctioned tournaments, during which he won several North Carolina/Southern Junior Team tennis championships and placed third in Nationals. Nick went on to play tennis for Providence High School in Charlotte, North Carolina, while working as an assistant tennis professional, running USTA-sanctioned tournaments for the same club that introduced him to his favorite game. The 14 and under Advanced North Carolina Championship team ultimately won southern sectionals under Nick’s guidance.

Nick graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in athletic training. This led him to an Assistant Tennis Professional/Jr. Coordinator position in 2012 at Mint Hill’s Pine Lake Country Club. There, he grew the junior tennis programs, taking several teams to state levels.

As a member of Golden Ocala, you can take full advantage of Nick’s expertise with an introductory lesson package — buy five lessons and get one free! Just call the Tennis Pro Shop at (352) 402 4351.

Then Came Belkis

Belkis has arrived at Royal Shell Real Estate at Golden Ocala as an Administrative Assistant for Sales & Rentals. She hails from Miami — born in Los Angeles — where she had been working in the real estate and property management market for nearly 12 years. Belkis’ resume includes reputed property management companies, including Miami Management, South Florida Condo Management, Sharpe Properties and IMC Equity Group. She has provided administrative support to more than six property managers at one time, as well as served homeowners, tenants and guests in the accounting, collections, lease management, construction, Section 8 and low-income properties sectors.

Belkis has worked with investors from all over the world, acquiring knowledge and experience regarding HOAs, condo associations, and commercial and industrial real estate. She is now inquiring about a real estate license, as well as a Licensed Community Association Manager designation.

Whether a homeowner or renter prospect, Belkis can help you. Currently, she is taking phone calls for a single-family home in Reddick that sits on a 37-acre horse farm with nine 16×16 block stalls. Priced from the $2 millions, please contact Belkis at (352) 369-6969 for more information. Additionally, maintenance-free, single-family villas and townhomes at Eagles Landing can be purchased with a $50,000 credit toward furnishings or closing. If you are interested in this limited-time incentive, Belkis is standing by. Lastly, she is helping to book holiday rentals — one night, one week, one month — for members through the end of the year. The same phone number applies.

Nick and Belkis may come from two different environments and be driven by two different passions, but now they’re part of one Golden Ocala family! We hope that you will be just as pleased with their services as we are to have them on-site.
