The Importance of Your Feet in a Typical Round of Golf

They wiggle, stretch, balance, sprain, feel, spring, pivot and without them, life would be difficult. What am I talking about? Your feet! In a typical round of golf, your feet have many important roles, roles we never even think of and some that we take for granted.

Alignment, width, toe in or toe out, shift right and then left, sense softness or hardness in the bunker, pacing for yard ages – these are just some of the many things that affect our golf swing through our feet. Let me show you just how important your feet are…

Take care of your feet and they will take care of you! Cover, clean and protect them just like you would take care of your clubs!
