TRX Workout at Golden Ocala

What Is TRX?

TRX… You have probably heard the term before, but you’re not exactly sure what it is. TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) is an exercise program invented by a former Navy Seal to utilize one’s own body weight for resistance training by interacting with a set of straps with handles. This resistance workout produces a concentric and isometric effect on the muscles of the body.


TRX is a great workout that includes building muscle, flexibility and concentration!

People of all ages can benefit from exercising with the TRX system. This type of exercise helps keep the brain active by coordinating muscle movements and using your body weight as a catalyst, all while trying to maintain balance.
