Marking Your Calendar and Having a Trainer in Ocala Make For Good Workouts

Have you ever had “one of those days” when it was time to work out and something came up? The next thing you know a couple of weeks or more have gone by! A great solution is to have a calendar handy and mark down your workout times. Having a trainer in Ocala is a great motivator because you have to set a specific date and time to work out, and you know someone is waiting for you.
The summer is fast approaching and now is the time to buckle down and tighten up! Concentrate on those abs, glutes and biceps to look your best in your swimwear. Don’t be intimidated by swimsuit models. Just be happy in your own skin. A healthy look goes a long way!
Don’t Fret The Numbers on the Scale
Don’t be too concerned with the scale. Just make healthy food choices, watch your portions and eat frequently (every 2 hours or so). You’ll see your pounds melt away with your regular workouts and downsizing your food intake.
Exercises to jump start your program can be crunches, squats and planks. They can be performed with or without weights. Try full-body workouts. They are great for getting your body in just the right proportions. If you’re using weights, keep the weight low and the repetitions high. Stretch before and after your workout. Mark each day after you complete a workout. Before you know it, you’ll be rocking that beach body.
