We can’t tell you who, but we can tell you when: a little after 7 p.m., Sept. 23. We can promise a “corpse,” a death, a bloody murder – in the dramatic sense of the word.

Not in the “murdering” part. But in solving this mystery. The mystery of the Murder at the Masquerade at Golden Ocala.

This is a murder mystery dinner that starts at 7 p.m. with a 3-course plated meal. Cocktail hour is 6-7 p.m. Cost for this members-only event is $59 per person or $400 for a table of eight. We encourage you to don costumes for this masquerade-themed event.

Especially when the suspect, the killer, could be sitting beside you at your very own table, smiling coyly, wickedly your way. Alas! Alas! It will indeed be a frightful evening, with the dim promise that you too won’t fall victim to the looming mayhem and the sinister mischief permeating the air.
