Meetings That Matter

Let’s start with business, as Events Director Alisa Carlino and her team have created a perfect place for your company right here at Golden Ocala. We can accommodate board meetings, retreats, motivational agendas, office celebrations, holiday get-togethers and networking occasions of any size. There are several event locations to choose from, such as the Ballroom, Gathering Room, Governor’s Room and Rose Room. The spaces range from 315 to 2,516 square feet and can be combined with other services, such as golf, tennis and spa treatments. Bear in mind, seating can also be arranged in multiple styles — classroom, theater, banquet, reception, conference, u-shape and h-square.

Facility fees start at $95, including exclusivity; “fresh start” coffee service; Wi-Fi throughout the clubhouse and pool area; additional space for breakouts, food and beverage breaks, and cocktail events. Golf Gatherings

If any of your corporate events happen to be golf-themed get-togethers, you probably know about the riveting 18-hole championship course and world-class practice facility that surround Golden Ocala. But what about the on-site pro shop that contains just about every item one would need to prepare for a full day on the green?

Men’s and women’s T-shirts, golf shirts and other apparel items, as well as pens, notepads and Bluetooth speakers are available for purchase. The clothing and pens can even be personalized with your company logo.

And if you need clubs, markers, and standard or customized golf balls, Golf Director Ryan Gray and his team of golf professionals are more than qualified to find the top brands that best fit your needs. Golden Ocala’s job is simply this — to work directly with your vendor of choice, saving you a lot of precious time to consider other corporate details.

Speedy Delivery

While several venues at Golden Ocala are food-exclusive spaces, you do not have make the trip to said venues themselves to enjoy all their offerings. So, if there comes a day when you are tired or incredibly busy, our food and beverage staff can deliver meals from Raspberry’s, Café on the Green, and Knickers Bar & Grill straight to your door ­— inside the gates of Golden Ocala, of course.

But just because this sounds like food that is fast, do not label it as fast food. If you were to order from Raspberry’s this week, for example, you would have a choice of shrimp po’boy, a hot pastrami sandwich, cheddar sloppy joe and grilled jalapeño pimento cheese for lunch specials, as well as a buffalo ranch bacon cheeseburger, grilled chicken peach avocado salad and grilled shrimp Alfredo flatbread for dinner specials.

If you happen to be in the mood for Café on the Green instead, you will get a sample of its newest menu. Options include hummus, spicy seared tuna or shrimp cocktail for an appetizer, a quinoa power bowl, super greens or fruit & spinach in a salad, and a Tuscany panini, ultimate grilled cheese, beer-battered cod sandwich or grilled chicken avocado in a sandwich. For breakfast lovers, the Café is cooking up two-egg combos and member-created omelets, as well as an asiago bagel sandwich, a smoked salmon bagel, ham & cheese quiche, fruit & yogurt parfait, and much more. The kids will have plenty to mull over, too — mini hamburger sliders, crispy chicken tenders, grilled cheese, mozzarella sticks, and mac & cheese.
