After years of searching for perfect drinks to serve at Golden Ocala, I have come across one of the most unique liqueurs I have ever seen………VINIQ Shimmery Liqueur.  Viniq is a blend of Premium Vodka, Moscato and fruit flavors that is sure to excite your taste buds. This liqueur can be blended with almost any mixer or liquor out there.  Gin, flavored Vodka, Orange liqueur, or any simple fruit juice will go amazing when mixed with Viniq. Besides the amazing flavor, what really makes it a hit is its pearl colored shimmery effect. As it mixes with your blended cocktail, you can see the colors swirl.  Viniq tastes delicious by itself but if you are looking to mix it up a bit, here are a few mixed cocktail recipes you can make with this shimmery liqueur.

Viniq Drink Recipes

Triple Crown

Ingredients needed:

• 2 oz. Viniq
• 1 oz. premium vodka
• 2 oz. champagne
• Orange Twist

Use a shaker to mix the Viniq and premium vodka together and pour into a champagne flute. Add the champagne and top off with the orange twist as a garnish.

Shimmerita

Ingredients needed:

• 2 oz. of Viniq
• 1.5 oz. Tequila
• 1 oz. agave nectar
• Orange Wheel

Shake the tequila and agave nectar together and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Then place the orange wheel on the top of the mixture. Finish this drink by adding Viniq on the top of the orange peel.

High Roller

Ingredients needed:

• 2 oz. Viniq
• 1 oz. Gin
• .5 oz. Orange Liqueur
• Lemon Peel

Stir the first three ingredients together slowly with ice and strain into a glass. Garnish with the lemon peel to complete this delicious cocktail.
