Over the past month, I have added two new Champagnes to the Raspberry’s Champagne list that I’m excited about.

First, we have Billecart – Salmon Brut Reserve. This Grande Marque Champagne is made with mainly Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. This Champagne is crisp and distinguished in texture with a desired long finish.

The second Champagne is Salon Brut Blanc de Blanc. Salon exhibits a great combination of flavor and concentration, also with the desired long finish.
