Written By Jeffrey T. Spaeth, L.M.T., C.P.T.

A well planned out workout routine will go a long way to help anyone reach their workout goals. A workout plan will help you stick to the program rather than just showing up at the gym and having no idea where to start. A workout out plan will also make the time you spend in the gym more productive.

In it to win it

Creating a Master plan will help accelerate your goals in the gym. It’s important to be consistent and focused during a workout. A good tip is to save the socializing with others until your workout is complete.
