Who can answer December’s mystery, the majesty that takes flight in the latter half of the month, that elegant effervescence that draws us all together? The spirit of this time of year seems to join our hearts and brings us a serene cheer. It is a very special and remarkable time of year.

The New Year always carries a promise of another new beginning. New Year’s Day – compared to the other 364 – rests in a proverbial sense upon a hill, offering hope, a tireless sentiment that always seems to stir the human heart. Although we may sometimes celebrate the demise of one year and the birth of another with reckless bravado, the New Year awakens in us a sense of greater, fresher horizons, always in view.

We at Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club present Bring on the Bubbly. Join us as we celebrate the New Year. The Dinner & Party is 8:30 – 10:30 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 31, with dinner, cocktails and champagne toast. The Party Only starts at 10:30 p.m. and includes champagne toast at midnight.
