Newly Constructed Barns & Equestrian Facility

Emerging Additions to Equestrian Center

There are some big changes coming to the Equestrian Center at Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club. While some may be used to private barn suites with four stalls, one tack room and an office space, you will be introduced White Horseto two, eight-stall barns and one, six-stall barn. They all have 14 x 14 stalls in addition to the same luxury amenities your beloved horse has come to know extremely well.

Hay and Grain and Shaving, Oh My!

Horses can enjoy a grass paddock and barn with a stall exclusively for them, as well as hay, grain and shaving. Owners must reserve this space at least two months prior to use, and supply the horse’s medical records to Golden Ocala upon request. Then, their horse will be turned out in a grass paddock seven days per week. Horses can also be groomed and tacked six days per week, for an additional $225 per month.

Why a Private Barn?Horse in Stable_Golden_Ocala_2

Owners often seek a private barn suite if they are used to taking care of their horse a certain way. For example, some appreciate the idea of having their horses in a barn that they know no other tenants will occupy simultaneously. In short, with a reserved suite, you can come and go as you please, knowing that the barn will be untouched upon your return. Horse trainers are also welcome to rent a suite with the same expectations.

Other Appealing Amenities

As a reminder, other Equestrian Center amenities include a covered round pen, large outdoor arena, tack room, as well as new four-board fencing. And don’t forget, the Equestrian Center is separate from the World Equestrian Center Ocala, a state-of-the art sports venue coming to Central Florida in 2018.

For additional information or access to the riding trails and arena as a non-boarding member, call Alaina Oleson at (650) 773-1812.
